Quality control is an important factor in the execution of projects. To ensure that the services provided by EMMAT ENGINEERING LIMITED
are of the highest quality and conform to all contractual and regulatory requirements, it is applicable to project management, design, engineering,
drafting, construction and Pre-commissioning support and supply of package units for the above-mentioned business sectors.
The quality management manual developed specially for use on EMMAT ENGINEERING LIMITED project is constantly monitored and updated to reflect the most recent development in the industry. A constant uniform
control of all requirements is maintained at all times.
The quality management manual contains procedures to ensure that EMMAT ENGINEERING LIMITED personnel are able to:

➢ Maintain a consistent and uniform control of these requirements
➢ Establish effective control
➢ Properly handle non-conformance to the requirements

At the state of each project, the project manager specifies which procedures
apply to the project and determines whether any additional procedure
needs to be developed to conform to clients’ quality standards. The quality
plan is one of the key documents developed at the start of a project
